The Lawrence Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold an appeals hearing requested by Tekton Engineering, on behalf of Cornerstone Carwash and MBJ Property Development LLC, the owner of parcel 34-03756-001 located at 298 Edgebrook Rd. NE, Bolivar, Ohio 44612. Tekton Engineering has applied for an Area Variance to allow for a 14-foot setback versus 50-foot along Edgebrook Rd. NE and a 39-foot setback versus 50-foot along Ensley SQ NE, as required by Lawrence Township in Section 308.3 D of the Lawrence Township Zoning Regulations.
The hearing will be held to determine if the requested Variance shall be granted as requested, granted with further conditions, or denied. The hearing will be held at the Lawrence Township Hall at 10867 Industrial Parkway N.W. Bolivar, Ohio on Monday, December 2nd, 2024 at 7 p.m.
